Invasion of the 15mm Saucer men

17 Sep

So, when I got my last figures from 15mm.co.uk, along with my zombies, I got a pack of 15mm Greys (Aliens). I thought that they would make a good alternative to survivors Vs Zombies when we’ve had enough games with them (I can’t imagine that though!)

What I can say about them is how good they are. I love these little buggers, nice crisp detail, small and in keeping with the retro scifi buzz.

Here They are in the stages of being painted, really a joy to paint they are.ImageImage

And here is the finished article, based and sorted in the usual way, I have only done five of the ten, so have opted for two squads, this one will be my advance party

But, wait, they don’t have any ships? So, instead of spending a ton of cash on getting some kit saucers (and trust me, some suitable ones you can be paying through the nose) I opted to make my own, the above photo gives you a clue to what I did, Next post I will show and tell all about it.
